      ACAP210 Inquire AP Balance

      Displays a list of AP balances as of the specified date.

      Basic Operation

      • Specify the inquiry conditions and click スクリーンショット 2024-08-15 115308-4 button.
        (Refer to the table below for more information on the conditions)

      • Lists the balance of AP by biz partner by currency by G/L account as of the specified date.
      • It is also possible to output the list contents to an Excel file.
      • You can define and save the search result list by selecting the display item. (Refer to the manual site 【List Display Setting】 for the display item setting method.)

       

      • It is possible to inquire the breakdown details of the AP balance.
      • Select the row to be queried and click スクリーンショット 2024-08-15 115908-4 button.

      • 【ACAP250 Inquiry AP Details】 and the breakdown details of the AP balance are displayed.
