The following improvement has been released on Oct 27, 2022.
- It’s possible to reverse plural documents at once.
- It’s possible to update the original journal’s Dr./Cr. balance by negative amount instead of updating the reverse side of original journal by positive amount.
(The reverse Journal’s Dr./Cr. is always the opposite of the original journal’s one.)

Basic Operation
- Specify the search conditions and click Search button to extract the target journals for reverse.
Balance Update Method：Reverse DC & Negative Posting
When reverse plural journals at once, specify the posting date for reverse, balance update mode, select the target journals, and click Reverse button.
When reverse one document after checking it in detail, select the journal and click Details button, confirm the journal details and specify the posting date for reverse, balance update mode, and click Reverse button.
Check if the document should be reversed, specify the date to post the reverse journal, and then click Reverse button.
