Approve the journal document. This function is for post-approval. Please use 【ACSP125 Update Suspense Journal (Dr./Cr.)】 if you are assuming a flow to record journal document after performing the approval step.

Basic Operation
- Select the conditions for extracting the journal document to be approved,
and click
button.
(Refer to the table below for more information on the conditions)
- Select the line to be approved and click
button.
(Multiple lines can be selected)
- If you click the ✓ in the upper left, all rows will be selected.
- The execution result is displayed.
- It is also possible to approve from the Details inquiry screen.
- After searching, select the row to be approved and click
button.
(Multiple lines cannot be selected.)
- Check the Verify Journal and click button.
[First Page]
[Second Page]
[Verify Journal] obtained through "Overview" button.
- The execution result is displayed.
