Inquire general ledger by account, biz partner, department, etc.
Basic Operation
- Specify the output condition and click
button.
(For specific functions of the conditions please refer to the table below)
- For each account, the balance at the previous month, the total amount in this month, the balance at the current month, and the breakdown journal details are output.
- Information on the balance at the previous month, the total amount in this month, the balance at the current month, is displayed in all breakdown journal details (if there are three breakdown journal details in the same G/L account, the same balance at the previous month, the total amount in this month, the balance at the current month are displayed in all three lines. Information is displayed).
- Select one line of the document to be inquired and click
button.
- 【ACGL140 Inquire Journal Document】 display and the journal is displayed.

Basic Operations
- Click Export button, the displayed list will be output to Excel.
