Enter items and press Update Header button to register the header information of the financial statement control master.

FS Control Details settings for financial statements should be prepared in Excel, and the information should be updated by click Upload & Update Detail.
If there are no errors, detailed information in the FS control master will be registered successfully.
※Error example: "70(100:140)" correctly "70*(100:140)" (the multiplication sign cannot be omitted)
Basic Operation 【 Update 】
Download the FS Control Details already registered.
Select G/L Account List, and then click the Search button.
Select FS Control you want to download and click Change button.
Click Download Detail.
Open the downloaded Excel file, check, make corrections.
Click Upload & Update Detail button to update the Excel file. (The upload procedure is the same as for new registration.)

Set FS Control Default Mapping in G/L Accounting master
Set FS Control Default Mapping to each G/L Account by MAAC180 G/L Account, MAAC190 G/L Account Excel Upload.
Depending on the selected FS Control Default Mapping, DC(Dr./Cr.) is also automatically changed (Revenue accounts, Liabilities accounts, Capital accounts are Cr. , Cost accounts, Asset accounts are Dr.) (It’s possible to update DC manually after updating automatically, but, in that case, the formula of FS Control Details should be incorrect. It’s necessary to amend it by manual as well.)
FS Control Master – Generate FS Control Details automatically
FS Control Details should be generated by click Generate Default Details button according to FS Control Default Mapping in G/L account master.
Of course it’s possible to modify the file which is generated automatically and upload it.
Words at Language selected as Main Language should be set in Indication Name. Words at Language selected as Additional Language should be set in language1. G/L accounts name at Language selected as Main Language should be set in Note.
