Basic Operation
・Specify the output conditions and click Export button, the financial statements will be output in PDF or Excel file format.
Format
・There are five formats available:
【Standard Format】
・If PDF is selected as the output format, only the amount for the selected month (single/cumulative) will be displayed.

If Excel is selected as the output format, the transition from the beginning month to the selected month is displayed.
＜Excel＞
【BS （vs previous year）】
・Since the asset section is displayed on the left side and the liability and capital section are displayed on the right side, it is necessary to specify the Seq of Dr. (less than) (Financial Statement Control Master) of the total assets, which is the last row of the asset section.
In addition to the selected year and month, the amount and difference (selected year and month-same month of the previous year) for the same month of the previous year are displayed.
【PL （vs previous year）】

PL (vs previous year) History: While PL (vs previous fiscal year end) shows the value of a single month, this format shows the comparison of the previous year for each month from the beginning of the fiscal year to the specified month.
