Basic Operation
- Specify the inquiry conditions and click Search button. (Refer to the following)

| Company | Select a company code. | Mandatory | |
| User's company is displayed by default. | |||
| Year | Specify the year to be output the trial balance. | Mandatory | You can select a single month or a period total. |
| If you select the period total, specify the year and month in from-to. | |||
| Month | Specify the month to be output the trial balance. | Mandatory | It cannot be specified across years. |
| Currency | Select either "Original" or "Specify". | Mandatory | Original＝Company currency |
| If you select "Specify", enter "Currency", "Exchange Rate Type", and "Exchange Date". | |||
| Ledger | Select the ledger to output. | Mandatory | If additional1 is defined as a closing month, selecting and executing only the normal will output the financial statements before closing, and execute the normal and additional1, the financial statements after closing is output. |

Format
- There are three formats available: "Original", "Dr./Cr. Amount Display", and "Monthly Trial Balance History".
