Set the posting period for journal document, item movement document

Select a company and click Update button.
1．Setting the posting period of journal document
- Journals can be posted during the period from the open period from (year/period) to the open period to (year/period).
- It is used only for input check, so you can change it as many times as you need.
- Please note that it is set by fiscal year and period, not by calendar year and month (in the case for closing month is March, April 2021 is fiscal year : 2021 period : 1, March 2022 is fiscal year : 2021 period : 12).
2．Setting the posting period of item movement document
- Item movement document can be posted only in the current inventory month, but if you check "Possible Posting In Previous Month", you can also post in the previous month.
- Current Inventory Period can be changed to the latest posting period of the item movement documents or the next period.
- Please note that it is set by fiscal year and period, not by calendar year and month (in the case for closing month is March, April 2021 is fiscal year : 2021 fiscal month : 1, March 2022 is fiscal year : 2021 fiscal month : 12).
