This function is used to register new, or update existing Biz Master data and Biz Partner Name by Excel file.
Menu:
It’s possible to:
- Insert new Biz Partner code
- Update values
- Insert or Update description/name of Biz Partner code
1. <Prepare the upload file>
There are 2 file formats: one is for Biz Partner code and the other is for description/name . If it is new , please follow the steps below:
- Insert the Biz Partner code (Required)
- Insert the description/name (Required)
- When converting from multibook Biz Partner to Bugyo Biz Partner, Please enter the Biz Partner Additional Info (Optional)
Prepare the file with xls file format

2. <Upload the file (Biz Partner Data)>
- Enter the start line and click “Upload” button. (Start line: From what line the data to be updated are entered.)
Example: In the code file the data to be registered starts in row 6, so we enter "6" to the start line
- Select the prepared Biz Partner Code file
-Confirm the result in the downloaded Excel file. The update was succeeded if there are no error messages in the last column.
3. <Upload the Biz Partner Name file>
- Enter the start line and click “Upload” button. (Start line: From what line the data to be updated are entered.)
Example: In the name file the data to be registered starts in row 5, so we enter "5" to the start line.
- Select the prepared Biz Partner Name file
-Confirm the result in the downloaded Excel file. The update was succeeded if there are no error messages in the last column.

When it's needed to upload data for the converting to the Bugyo code, select “Biz Partner Additional Info". The other steps are the same as the uploading of the Biz Partner code/name.
- Prepare the upload file format for the Bugyo code available on the manual site.
- Enter the start line, select “Biz Partner Additional Info” and then click “Upload” button. (Start line: From what line the data to be updated are entered)
- Select the prepared Biz Partner Bugyo file
-Confirm the result in the downloaded Excel file. The update was succeeded if there are no error messages in the last column.
