Advance Preparation
【MAEX510 External System Profile for Output】 set the profile by master maintenance.
Advance preparation
- Select a company, enter a profile, and click New button or Update button.
Advance preparation
- Select the necessary items. (Refer to the next page)
- Enter the information on the following screen (Data tab). (Refer to the following)
- Access the 【EXAC510 Journal Documents General Output】.
- Output the data.
- Select company and the profile which is prepared above, and enter the other condition such as each date, then click Execute button. (Refer to the next page)
- Click Execute button, the file will be output.
Basic Operation
- Open the file and check the contents.
- If you open the file in Excel, please use Data - Import external data - Text file after starting Excel. At that time, please choose "UFT-8".
