Basic Operation
- Prepare Excel file to be posted. Refer to the explanation in the upload file format regarding the input contents of each item.
- Upload the file.
- The limit on the number of data lines in one file is 3,000. If the number of lines exceeds 3,000, please split the file.
- Select the file you want to upload.
- When the import is completed, the execution result file will be generated.
- If there are no errors, the registered journal number will be set to the Doc No. Result.
- If there is an error, the registration Doc No. Will not be set and the error content will be displayed in the error message field.
- If there is even one error, all document will not be registered.
